Overview
The Education Wing of the Sathya Sai International Organization Malaysia (SSIOM) is dedicated to the spiritual transformation of individuals through value-based education programs. Following the teachings of Sathya Sai Baba, our education programs emphasize the five human values of Truth, Right Conduct, Peace, Love, and Non-violence as the foundation for personal growth and societal harmony.
"EDUCARE means to bring out the core human values: Truth, Righteousness, Peace, Love and Non-Violence. 'To bring out' means to translate them into action. Values are innate in every human being. One cannot acquire them from outside; they have to be elicited from within. But as Man has forgotten his innate human values, he is unable to manifest them."

In 2004, the Education Wing of the organisation formed a virtual academy called Sathya Sai Academy for Human Values Bhd. to accommodate over 2,200 children today between the ages of 4 and 17. They are taught by close to 400 volunteer teachers with a minimum of two-hour engagement on a weekly basis.
In 2013, the consolidated Academy began formulating value-based programmes to target school children, under-achievers and the youth population in colleges whilst retaining its weekly value-based education classes. The modules and teaching techniques were developed through effective experimentation and refinement over the years. These value-based packages have evolved over time and target specific stakeholders including students, parents, teachers and higher learning institutes.
The operation of the Academy, in keeping with the vision of SSIOM to foster and promote Human Values at all levels of society for self-development and nation building, targets the following:
- To train children, youth, and adults from all walks of life for self-development.
- To train the trainers from all organisations and institutions who will administer these programmes across Malaysia for nation- building.
Sai Spiritual Education (SSE) Programs
Children's Programs (Ages 6-17)
The SSE program for children is structured into different groups based on age:
- Group 1 (Ages 6-8)
Introduction to basic values through stories, songs, and activities - Group 2 (Ages 9-11)
Deepening understanding of values through comparative religion and character development - Group 3 (Ages 12-14)
Application of values in daily life and society - Group 4 (Ages 15-17)
Advanced spiritual concepts and leadership development
We pray to our Spiritual Master, Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba to guard and guide us in all little efforts that we make for the benefit of mankind.
Classes are held weekly at various Sai Centers throughout Malaysia and follow a curriculum that integrates the 5 teaching techniques below:

Parent Education
We recognize parents as the first teachers in a child's life. Our Parentcare program provides guidance on:
- Parenting with values
- Creating a spiritual home environment
- Supporting children's character development
- Practical application of Sai teachings in family life
Teachers Training
Our dedicated teachers undergo regular training to enhance their skills in:
- Sai Spiritual Education (SSE) & Education in Human Values (EHV) methodology
- Child psychology and development
- Creative teaching techniques
- Leveraging existing tools and technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance the classroom experience
- Spiritual self-development
