Meditation Workshops

We offer a series of meditation sessions, Jyothi Meditation, Sai-Lent Meditation, and Sohum Meditation, to motivate devotees to internalise Swami's 9-Point Code of Conduct. These practices help to focus the mind, channel our energies positively, and deepen our connection with the Divine.

Self-Transformation Programme

Our Self-Transformation Programme is designed to guide devotees towards personal growth and spiritual refinement by living by Swami's 9-Point Code of Conduct. It aims to cultivate virtues and inspire individuals to become better versions of themselves in service to society.

National Sadhana Camps and Satsangs

Through National Sadhana Camps and Satsangs, we create spaces for collective inspiration and reflection. These gatherings encourage simple living and high thinking, fostering unity and spiritual progress among all participants.

Spiritual and Cultural Festival Celebrations

We joyfully celebrate major spiritual and cultural festivals at Sai Centres and Mandirs to enhance awareness of religious traditions, cultivate respect for all faiths, and spread joy among the community. At the heart of all our offerings lies the aspiration to lead purposeful, value-centred lives anchored in Swami's teachings. Join us as we walk on the sacred path of self-transformation and service.

The National Spiritual Team provides Study Circle materials quarterly to support Centre Spiritual Coordinators. These resources — thoughtfully prepared PowerPoint presentations containing spiritual teachings and reflective questions — aim to lighten the coordinators' workload and enrich the Study Circle discussions across Centres.
