Home Sai Wings SAI Chinese Affair
In 1991, few Chinese devotees, headed by Brother Dato J. Jegathesan and Brother Cheah Woon Kwong discussed the formation of a Chinese speaking group as a wing to the Central Council in addition to the existing Spiritual, Education and Services wings.
The intention to form a Chinese wing is to spread Baba's teaching to the non-English speaking Chinese community in the country. In 1992 the Chinese wing was formed and was known as CAC (Chinese Activity Committee) and Brother Heng Keng San was appointed as the first Vice President of CAC.
Bro Tan Suei took over as VP during year 1993 to 1994, and had to relinquish his post as he was transferred by his company to work in Indonesia.
Between 1994 till 1997 Sister Khoo Beng Yong better known in the Sai organization as Sister Cheah, spouse of Bro Cheah Woon Kong became the VP of CAC and during her time, a few important projects/ activities had taken place as follows:
In 1998, Sister Chuah Huan Bee took over batten and continue to carry on works left by Sister Cheah to strengthen the organization of SCA. Subsequently Bro Yong Kong Whye, Bro Billy Fong, Bro Albert Ong and now to Bro Baik went on to hold the VP SCA position.
