NOTICE – 42nd ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE SATHYA SAI INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION OF MALAYSIA 

Pursuant to Clause 8 (B)(3) of the Constitution of the Sathya Sai International Organisation of Malaysia (SSIOM or the Central Council), NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Central Council will be held at Sekolah Rendah Sathya Sai, Batu 6, Jalan Puchong, 58200 Kuala Lumpur on Saturday, 14 June 2025 at 9.30am. 

Clause 8 (B)(3) reads as follows: "Notice for the Annual General Meeting stating date time and place of the meeting and calling for motions for discussion or amendments to the Rules shall be sent in print or digital format by the National Secretary not later than forty-two (42) days before the date fixed for the meeting to Centres who shall inform their members of the same not less than thirty-five (35) days before the date fixed for the meeting. Motions for discussion or amendments to rules must be sent to reach the National Secretary not later than twenty-eight (28) days before the date fixed for the meeting. The National Secretary shall send to all members at least fourteen (14) days before the meeting an Agenda together with the annual report and audited accounts of the Association for the previous year in print or digital format". The meeting Agenda, motions for discussion (if any) and the annual report and audited accounts of the Central Council shall be sent in due course.
