1) This retreat provides/hopes to :

- Empower participants to cultivate SILENCE in their daily activities. 

- A chance to refresh, restart and rejuvenate your being 

- Provides an attempt at in-depth self-reflection 

- Multiple guided meditation sessions in cultivating Gratitude and Compassion. 

- Personal time for contemplation alongside Mother Nature.

Venue : Broga Bliss Eco Garden 

Check In/Check out Time : 2.00pm (Friday)/ 12.00pm(Sunday)

Accommodation : Sharing Rooms (Dormitory Style)

Food : Vegetarian  

Fee :  

Shared : Rm 250/pax (3 - 4  in Room)

Recommended Age : 18 and Above
