On Sunday, 25 May 2025, the Sathya Sai Specialist Medical Camp was held at SJKT Ladang Holyrood in Taiping, Perak, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A total of 266 participants attended, including 213 adults and 53 children who received deworming treatment.

The camp offered free health screenings across multiple specialties. The Eye Clinic checked 150 patients, identifying 4 children from low-income families who qualified for free glasses, along with 5 referrals to the government hospital’s eye clinic and cases of cataracts and glaucoma. The medical screening team conducted ECGs for 48 patients, with 13 referred for further care. The ENT Clinic saw around 50 patients, referring 10 to specialists. Meanwhile, the Dental Clinic screened 98 people, with nearly half needing follow-up dental care.

Other key services included women’s health screenings (with 20 referred for HPV tests and 6 for mammograms), colorectal cancer checks (26 referred), and dietary counseling for 41 patients. The physiotherapy team assisted 33 patients, while the pharmacy booth provided guidance to 39 visitors. A blood donation drive also collected 15 pints for local hospitals.

Overall, the camp successfully delivered essential healthcare services to the Taiping community, helping detect and refer cases early while promoting preventive care.
