The Thaipusam Blood Donation Drive 2025 (From 10th Feb 2025 to 11th Feb 2025) was a highly successful campaign jointly organized by the Sathya Sai International Organisation Malaysia (SSIOM) in collaboration with several key agencies, including the National Blood Bank and multiple government hospitals. This initiative aimed to encourage blood donation during the Thaipusam celebrations while addressing the urgent need for blood supply in hospitals across the country.

The campaign was conducted at four major locations: Penang, Ipoh, Batu Caves, and Segamat. To maximize participation and impact, the drive operated continuously for two days across all locations, accumulating a total of 66 hours of non-stop blood collection efforts.

A total of 372 dedicated volunteers contributed their time and effort to ensure the smooth operation of the campaign. These volunteers were assigned various tasks, including donor registration, medical assistance, logistical support, and overall management of the event. Their unwavering commitment played a crucial role in the success of the drive.

The Thaipusam Blood Donation Drive 2025 yielded remarkable results, successfully collecting 2,155 pints of blood. This significant contribution will help replenish blood supplies in hospitals and save countless lives.
